Went to get my dad a father's day box of cookies.. saw an add thought it was a cute idea.. till I got there.. so there was an upcharge for the fathers day box, and the cookies I got to choose from 4 had another upcharge, and 2 of ones that didn't have an upcharge they were out of.. so after a little grumbling about being unhappy.. I asked for a receipt and a bag, guess what they didn't have those either.. I knew they were a little expensive before I went there, but a $15 box of 6 mini "special" cookies for my dad .. ended up being a $20 box of 6 mini "normal" cookies.. the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).. and he hasn't even tried them yet!... but it is pretty good to say I won't go back!.. if I could have given a lower star rating I would have.

kay but seriously… yum yum 😭🍪 I LOVE Crumbl. The cookies are always so soft and warm, and the flavors change every week which makes it even more fun. Every time I go, I end up finding a new favorite. Definitely worth it if you love sweet treats!

Crumbl Cookies is such an amazing place with a super friendly and welcoming atmosphere! From the moment you walk in, everything feels clean, organized, and inviting—and the smell is incredible. As soon as you open the door, you’re hit with that warm, sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies that instantly makes you excited to order. One thing I really appreciate is that before handing you your order, they show you the cookies to make sure everything looks correct and exactly how you expected—it’s a small detail, but it really shows how much they care about customer satisfaction. The cookies themselves are freshly made right in-store, and you can truly taste the difference. They’re warm, soft, and packed with flavor, with a perfect texture in every bite. Plus, their menu is always rotating, so there’s always something new and exciting to try each week. Overall, the experience is just as good as the cookies—definitely a place worth visiting again and again! 🍪

I came in with low expectations due to a poor first experience at a different Crumbl, but now I can see why there's a strong following for this cookie shop. Everyone has different preferences for what a cookie should taste like and what the texture should feel like, so if you're not on board with a butter and sugar forward dessert then I would look elsewhere. These are soft and warm cookies when they're handed to you, so if you're looking for something crunchy then I'd suggest waiting a couple hours for them to harden or just skipping. With the caveats out of the way, I really came in expecting a flop. That was not the case. The baking and prep areas were clean and organized even for Day 1. Ordering was quick and painless, the staff was attentive, and as a franchise I believe this one will be well run. What Crumbl does well is branding towards a younger audience and this location was no different considering the opening day turnout. Although I was initially concerned that this store's location would make it less than ideal for foot traffic, it's clear that the young people in the Mid-Hudson Valley have little interest in visiting their local mom & pop bakeries that offer no flai
